Robert J. Mercier
Robert has provided a broad range of consulting services to CEO’s and executives for the last ten years. Prior to forming his consultancy, he had 25 years of experience in the positions of President, CEO, and General Manager in several medical industry organizations with annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $125 million.
Robert’s early career started with Johnson and Johnson in the financial and accounting area, where he attained the position of Vice President of Finance for one the company’s divisions.
His work included directing or managing a number of acquisitions and divestitures. He has also had extensive experience negotiating product licensing agreements.
Robert holds a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a MBA in management from the Pace University Executive MBA program. He also holds a certification as a Management Accountant (CMA). He has served on numerous industry and community Boards.
James E. Seeley, Jr.
Jim has been a consultant for the past five years focused on developing new business entities and building sales representative channels for electronic assembly operations in China. Jim has had an a broad range of executive experience
as Chief Operating Officer, Regional Vice President of Sales, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Sales Representative over a period of 30 years. He has been involved in and managed functions in numerous acquisitions.
Jim holds a BA degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an Executive Program in Sales and Marketing Management from Syracuse University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a private corporation and contributes to community organizations.
Executive consultant with experience in international sales and operations, finance, divestments, and restructuring. Mr. Nelson has experience as President, Chief Executive Officer, V.P. Sales, V.P. Manufacturing and Controller. He also has experience leading a $100 million+ high-tech manufacturing facility design and start-up.
